Product Details
Inconel 617
Super alloys or high performance alloys have good creep and oxidation resistance. They have an ability to function under high temperatures and mechanical stress. They are available in different shapes, and contain a number of elements in a variety of combinations to achieve the desired result. There are three groups of alloys namely cobalt-based, nickel-based, and iron-based alloys. All the three types can be used at temperatures above 540°C (1000°F). Inconel 617™ is a solid-solution strengthened alloy, and has good oxidation resistance and a wide variety of corrosive media. The datasheet given below will discuss about Inconel 617™.
