5CrMnMo steel is hot working die steel, in addition to the hardenability, thermal fatigue resistance is a bit poor, 5 crmnmo steel are of a similar performance, with 5 crnimo steel hardenability is a bit poor, the steel is suitable for production requirement

20CrMnMo is a high strength advanced carburized steel.The strength is higher than 15CrMnMo, the plasticity and toughness are lower, and the hardenability and mechanical properties are higher than 20CrMnTi. After quenching and tempering, it has good
comprehensive mechanical properties and low temperature impact toughness.After carburizing and quenching, it has higher bending strength and wear resistance, but it is easy to produce cracks in grinding.Poor weldability, suitable for resistance welding, need to preheat before welding, after welding need tempering treatment.Good machinability and hot machinability.

5CrNiMo steel has good toughness, strength and high wear resistance.Its mechanical properties at room temperature and at 500~600℃
are almost identical.When heated to 500℃, the hardness of HB300 can still be maintained.Because steel contains molybdenum, it is not sensitive to temper brittleness.After cooling down slowly from 600℃, impact toughness decreased only slightly.

SKD11 is a universal cold working die steel with high wear resistance, good quenching and less heat treatment deformation. Application: Scissors, circular saw, cold or hot dressing die, drum edge, line die, milling cutter, impact die, round drum, making power transformer core stamping die, cutting steel rolling knife, steel tube forming drum, cold pressing tools with complicated shapes, etc.

H13 belongs to hot working die steel, which is a kind of steel formed by adding alloy elements on the basis of carbon steel.The comprehensive performance is good at medium temperature (~600°), the hardenability is high (it can be hardened in the air), the deformation rate of heat treatment is low, and its performance and service life are higher than 3Cr2W8V.It can be used for die
forging die, aluminum alloy die casting die, hot extrusion die, high speed precision forging die and forging press die etc.
