Titanium plate, titanium alloy plate, titanium coil with the main processing technology:  

Titanium plate is mainly divided into thick plate (thickness > 25.4), titanium plate (thickness 4.76-25.4mm), titanium plate (less than 4.76mm).  In China, plate rolling is the main method of titanium plate, the plate is divided into hot rolled titanium plate and cold rolled titanium plate.  

I. Hot rolled titanium plate production:  

It is suitable for medium and thick plate production. The temperature window of titanium processing is narrow. Hot rolling requires a hot rolling mill with larger tonnage, and it also needs a complete set of high temperature heating furnace and so on.  Overlay rolling is mainly used in the production of wide sheet metal, while overlay rolling is mainly used in the production of titanium alloy sheet metal.  

Two, cold rolled titanium plate production  

Titanium plate cold rolling has three main characteristics:  

1.  Work hardening than general metal, deformation resistance;  

2.  In the process of cold rolling, the roller is subjected to great pressure, resulting in large elastic deformation, and fast wear, easy to produce uneven deformation, resulting in plate crack edge and size of uneven;  

3.  In order to obtain high surface quality products, it is required to use high smoothness of the roll and good surface state of the slab, but also requires good lubrication conditions.  

Three, titanium tape coil production  

Coil production is the most efficient, perfect and effective method to produce titanium plate and low alloyed titanium alloy sheet and titanium strip.  The incoming production line shall include hot strip rolling system;  Twenty cold rolling system, continuous sandblasting, pickling, oil removal, water washing system;  Vertical tension continuous annealing system and continuous surface treatment system.
