Description:

This machine is a quick sticker for printing cardboard and corrugated paper.The whole machine is designed for the tissue paper from Feeder paper,the end of the paper from the front edge of the composition of the automatic feeding part of the paper,and paste paste,press the delivery part of the composition.Suitable for cardboard and corrugated,so that cardboard more eye-catching,beautiful,high strength,is the production of high-quality cardboard of the new equipment.Widely used in food,alcohol,household appliances,light industrial products packing.

Structural Features:

·Using the world’s leading motion control system,simply enter the paper size system automatically adjust the machine.

·Computerized high-speed fit,up to 10,000 per hour.

·Stream style flow of the head,the limelight is equipped with four sets of advanced suction nozzle 4 groups up and down the nozzle.

·Feeder dock with low pile of paperboard,the paper can be attached to the board in place,can be installed on the track auxiliary pipe.

·Use multiple sets of induct eye to see the bottom line relative position,so that both sides of the surface of the servo motor to do a separate drive compensation up down paper alignment,accurate and smooth.

·Full-function electronic control system,the application of man -machine interface and PLC program lights display,can automatically detect the operating conditions and work records.

·Automatic glue replenishment system,can automatically compensate for the loss of glue,and with the glue recycling cycle.  

Touch Screen Operating System:

Touch screen centralized control has realized high resolution man-machine interface communication, operating and failure dynamic monitoring in real-time makes adjustment and troubleshooting more convenient.

Gluing System:

Using stainless steel glue roller, never rust, after grinding the amount of glue keeps in the minimum to ensure uniform glue, lower roller is use water roller clean.

Transmission System:

Special made high-speed flat belt drive, transmission smooth and free lubrication, adopt buffer shock absorption, special and safety overload protection can prevent the roller damage accidentally.

Left and Right Positioning System：

It has equipment accurate left and right positioning device on the bottom and surface paper, left and right synchronize the side of the block to complete the accurate positioning.

Feeder System:

Machine has equipped with high-speed automatic feeder head, paper suction nozzle can freely adjust the angle, no matter thin or thick paper it all can keep high-speed and smooth of paper feed.

Front and Back Positioning System：

The principle is take advantage of the front gauge and paper speed to catch the front gauge, when bottom and surface paper reach the lower gauge paper start laminate, when paper laminating it couldn’t separate the gauge so that can ensure accurate laminating.

Electrical System：

According to the European CE standard design, to ensure that the whole machine is stable, high efficiency, low failure, combined with the man-machine interface and PLC to warn, detection the fault, operating speed and other information displayed on the screen.

Fan System:

We use fan to absorb paper to the convey belt, so that the high-speed paper running more smoothly and accurately.

Surface Paper Lifting System:

In order to fit the high-speed Feeder we have adopted high strength worm gear motor which is import from USA, to ensure the stability of the instant speed.
