Automatic Carton flute laminating machine are designed for laminating cardboard and cardboard, cardboard and corrugated board (Flute shape A, B, C, D, E, F and N), 3-layer, 5-layer, or 7-layer corrugated paperboard all can be laminated smoothly and accurately. * Characteristics
1. Automatic Flute Laminating machine adopts chain pusher and back registration system together with spring blade side lay and vacuum sucking conveying system makes this series of machine fit for a larger range of paper, high precision while remaining the features of easy operation and maintenance.
2. The core designed rubber roller together with knurled steel roller enhances the evenness of gluing, strength of stickiness, as well as lowering the production cost.
3. Balance-tested rollers, tight assembling technique, plus timing and tooth belt driving mechanic system makes the machine runs at low noise with high precision.
4. The machine adopts automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulating system.
5. Self-developed high-strength feeder compliant with high configuration electric system makes the machine run at low malfunction and stable. The electric parts used are all world wide available brand or well-known Chinese brand.
6. All material are inspected according to ISO-9001 standard and the key parts such as the harmonic gear and bearings are imported ones.
7. The bottom sheet for this machine can be A, B, C, D, E, F flute corrugated sheet. It can do 3 or 5 ply board to sheet lamination or board to board lamination. The range for top paper can be 200-600 GSM with top paper advance or alignment function.
LCL:Normal package is wooden box(siza:L*W*H).Wooden box will be fumigated.We use strong export stander wooden box pack all machine, in this case, machine can be protected very will.
FCL:Machine is to heavy or big, we can choose full container loading. we use PE Film packing then loading to container.

First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing like loading the jumbo roll paper,start the machine and cutting the paper.And we will sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us .And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.
Q4. if the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?
We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts like gear box , our quality is good ,in case it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.
