  FREE SAMPLE / FREIGHT COLLECT   

-28~49days after receiving advanced T/T 30%, from China port to Destination port.

-Term of delivery: FOB  or  CFR  or CIF 

-The Buyer shall open through a bank acceptable by Seller 100% of the total contract value Letter of Credit at sight with T/T .Reimbursement in favor of the Seller a Confirmed Irrevocable to be negotiable in China until the 15^th day after the shipment is effected.

-After shipment, the Seller shall send through the Seller’s bank a draft on the Buyer together with shipping documents to the Buyer’s bank, by means of D/P at sight.

-30% T/T before production, the balance payment should be paid within 10days after B/L copy sent to the Buyer after shipment.

 Insurance :

-To be effected by the Buyer.

-To be effected by the Seller for 110% of invoice value against Buyer.

 W. A.   or   All Risks and War Risk as per C.I.C. Dated 1/1/1981.

Certificates:

-Quality, quantity and weight certified by the Import And Export Commodity Inspection Bureau of The People’s Republic of China.

-SGS

-SASO

-Others as per requirement from buyer.

Quality/Quantity Discrepancy:

-In case of quality discrepancy, a claim should be filed by the Buyer within 15 days after arrival of the Products at port of destination

-In case of quantity discrepancy, a claim should be filed by the Buyer within 15 days after arrival of the Products at port of destination.

-The Seller shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the Products shipped due to causes for which the Insurance company, Shipping Company, other transportation organization/or Post Office are liable.
