Q2: Could you supply sampels?
A2: Yes, we could. We are glad to supply samples, but with sample fees. We will return back the samples fee when get official orders.
Q3: What's the delivery time or lead time?
A3: For stocks in available, it could be shipped out within 48 hours after received the paymemt.
For new orders need to be produced, usually 15-40 days based on order q'ty .
Q4:what's the quality of your item?
A:we using top quality original material and test every product before sent out to make sure you receive it in a satisfactory condition;If there is any quality or after-sale problem, we will replace or repair it free of charge .
Q5. What is your terms of payment?
A: For small order ,100% Prepaid, for bulk orders ,T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
