White fused alumina 200F

The main component of white fused corundum is Al2O3, which is a product of fused corundum produced by melting high-purity alumina powder at high temperature in an electric arc furnace (melting temperature is up to 2050 degrees). Then after solidifying, agglomerating, cooling, it forms to high purity fused corundum blocks. Due to the high-temperature melting production process, alumina is mainly transformed into the crystal form of α-Al2O3. Fused corundum has good toughness, high thermal resistance, and high chemical stability. 

In addition, the fused corundum produced by our company has low sodium content and good thermal performance. It can be used to produce corundum casting paint, foundry coating, and can also be directly used as shell-molding  substrate material and shell-molding spay sand for precision casting.
