Use
KJ3071 Distortion of permanent comprssion testing machine The determination of vulcanized rubber machine applies a constant strain compression deformation of the test method. This test is compressed to the provisions of vulcanized rubber specimens under a high, after a certain temperature and time, or media infiltration, the determination of the rate of the sample compression set.
♦ Compression ratio can sample hardness (Shore A-selection)
♦ Compression hardness below 50 can choose 40%;
♦ Hardness of 50 to 75 compression ratio can choose 30%;
♦ Hardness of 75 or more compression ratio can choose 20%.
Feature:
Take the standard test piece, sandwiched between the flat panel of the device in order to screw rotation,
compressed to a certain percentage before being placed in a certain temperature of the oven, removed
by the prescribed time, remove the specimen, cooling after 30 minutes, the measured its thickness, with
the formula to calculate its degree of compression distortion.
Test Fixture:
1.Compression required smooth surface, its finish is not less than 7
2.Compression plateu deformation in the test should not be proposing to adopt a steel plate,
measuring about 75mm, width 50mm, thickness is 10mm.
3.Limiter height of 8 ± 0.02mm, 7 ± 0.02mm, 6 ± 0.02mm.
4.Incubator should have a continuous blast device, box test temperature uniformity. Temperature test area
inside the temperature fluctuation range: 100 °C The following is ± 1 Centigarde, 100 ~ 200 Centigrade to
± 2 Centigarde.
Sample:
♦ Sample is of cylindrical shape with a diameter ofu 10 ± 0.2mm, height of 10 ± 0.2mm.
♦ Samples vulcanized with models, the surfaceu should be flat perpendicular and parallel to each other.
