LD-B16 The plastic bottle automatic internal pressure tester is a test instrument specially used to test the pressure resistance of plastic bottles. Developed according to three international PET bottle test methods (pressure load mode, blast mode and custom mode). The user can select the inspection method according to actual needs. The tester can perform a pressure resistance test or a blast test on the sample. Pressurization by the rehydration method allows the boosting process to be linearly pressurized until a preset pressure value or blast is reached. Once the test mode is selected, the test will automatically start in accordance with the selected test mode. The touch screen display will show the real-time pressure value and record the maximum pressure value and the burst pressure value.
The user also has an optional water circulation system to save water and avoid the instability of the tap water pressure, which may cause the test to not work properly. An optional booster is also available. Users do not need to prepare high-pressure gas sources (such as liquid carbon dioxide cylinders) to avoid the inconvenience and danger caused by replacing the gas source.
