Liyi vacuum drying oven is used for drying and heating test in vacuum condition of objects in scientific research units, specialty universities, industrial and mining enterprises's laboratories together with production field, etc. Widely used in biochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, health, agricultural research, environmental protection and other research applications, powder drying, baking and various glass containers for disinfection and sterilization. It is especially suitable for rapid and efficient drying of heat-sensitive, oxidization and complex components.

Main Features:
1) Liyi vacuum drying oven uses high quality cold-rolled steel plate, coated with electrostatic powder spraying; the coat is hard and firm, with strong rust resistance.
2) The studio is made up of high quality stainless steel plate, which has round shape and is smooth ,fluent and easy to clean.
3) Liyi vacuum drying oven is full of superfine glass wool thermal insulation material between the box and the studio,what brings good heat preservation. That can effectively guarantee the stability and accuracy of the temperature in the box and the influence to the environment.
4) Liyi vacuum drying oven has a double-layer tempered glass door , users can observe items being heated inside the machine clearly and has good heat insulation effects. The operator can avoid being burned.
5) There is a rubber sealing ring between the studio and glass door to ensure the higher vacuum.
6) The heater is installed on the surface of the studio to improve the temperature uniformity as possible and easy to clean.
7) Temperature control adopts microcomputer intelligent digital technology manufacture, has industrial PID. It has four-digit double LED Windows indicating function, precision temperature control, strong anti-jamming ability, and is also very convenient to operate (see Temperature Controller Operating Manual).

2)Specifications customize process:
Drawing related drawings to confirm with customer for customized requirements. Offer reference photoes to show the proucts appearance. Then, confirm the final solution and confirm final price with customer.

4)Production and delivery process:
We will produce the machines according to confirmed PO requirements. Offering photoes to show production process.
After finish production, offer photoes to customer to confirm again with the machine. Then do own factory calibration or third party calibration(as customer requirements). Check and test all the details and then arrange packing.
Deliver the products in confirmed shipping time and inform customer.
5)Installation and after sale service:
Defines installing those products in the field and providing after-sales support.
