3.Connection Quality: "Hot spots" are eliminated with a shear head screw that ensures the correct tightening torque.
4.Easy installation: To install the whole series as only two hex wrenches (1/2" and 5/8").
5.Safe: I. P. C can be installed on an energized conductor, however, the tap must not be under load.
7.Corrosion Resistant: Connectors are made from high strength corrosion resistant plastic .Using corrosion-resistant shell, Anti-climate change, high-intensity, ultraviolet insulation materials
8.Extension puncture site and contact with senior waterproof cover functions (IP27), the water pressure of 4 KV ,Extension Cover may as required under extreme left or right side.
Application
These connectors have been designed to meet the rigid requirements of Global Power Distribution Companies. Easy of installation has been combined with excellent mechanical, electrical and environmental characteristics to provide a connector capable of terminating Aluminum or Copper stranded conductors.
Description
Tin plated copper blades imbedded inmolded plastic and surrounded with a sealing compound insure electrical contact in LV overhead distribution networks. A single torque-control nut draws the two halves of the connector together and shears off when the teeth have pierced the insulation and made contact with the conductor strands.
