Characteristics and Features

The system not only protects the power part very well, but also brings great convenience to the operation of the staff. The electronic control system adopts the advanced dynamic monitoring device to monitor the rotational speed of the rotor pulley, and feedback the load of the diesel engine to the hydraulic system, so as to automatically control the entry speed of the material.

Commissioning of the Garden Branch Shredder

1.    Check whether the fasteners of each part are reliable, especially in the bearing housing. Do not forget to add the grease.

2.    The diesel tank is filled with diesel oil; the diesel engine is filled with lubricating oil; and the hydraulic oil tank is filled with anti-wear hydraulic oil.

3.    The cleanliness of hydraulic oil is not less than NAS9. The temperature of the oil is not more than 65 degrees.

4.    Check whether the rest of the auxiliary equipment is properly installed.

5.    Check whether there is a foreign body in the cutting cavity.
