Different type of briquette press machine have different technical parameter. The parameter just for your reference. It can be designed by your requirements. We will recommend the most suitable briquette machine if you tell us your material, capacity, moisture content and the request of briquettes shape and size.
The important part of the briquette press machine is the roller. When this machine pass the power, the rollers will rotate with each other. Then put the material into the junctions of the two rollers. Under the pressure of the two rollers the materials are pressed into briquettes. Then the briquettes can be send out. These briquettes can be made into round ball shape, oval shape, pillow shape etc. The rollers determine the shape of the finished products, you can choose whatever roller you want.
Raw material→Crusher (make the raw material size less than 5mm)→Mixer(mix raw materials with binder)→Briquette machine→Briquettes dryer (mesh belt dryer, chain plate dryer or vertical box dryer)
The whole production line can be designed according to customer’s demand.
The equipment is packaged in plastic film and fixed in a container with wire, and the parts are packed in plywood boxes.

Q: What's the moisture of the raw material for press briquette?
A:12%-15%. If material moisture is large, we had better dry it firstly.
Q:What's the size of the material?
A: Less than 5mm. If large, you will need crusher to make it less than 5mm.
Q:What is the size of the final briquette ?
A: Normally the briquette diameter is between 20-60mm. We also can design the size according to the customer's requirement.
