The important part of the briquette making machine is the roller. When this machine pass the power, the rollers will rotate with each other. Then the briquettes can be send out. These briquettes can be made into round ball shape, oval shape, pillow shape, egg shape, oblate shape, elongated shape, square shape etc. The rollers determine the shape of the finished products, you can choose whatever roller you want. Of course you can customize the roller according to your expectation.

Requirement of the raw materials:

1.Material's size: mostly less than 5mm

2.The moisture should be 5-12%(The moisture has big impact on the briquetting.)

3. Binder and other additives:The users should be well-prepared according to the characteristics of the materials and the environment for use.

The equipment is packaged in plastic film and fixed in a container with wire and the parts are packed in plywood boxes.

Q: What's the moisture of the raw material for press briquette?

A:12%-15%. If material moisture is large, we had better dry it firstly.

Q:What's the size of the material?

A: Less than 5mm. If large, you will need crusher to make it less than 5mm.

Q:What is the size of the final briquette ?

A: Normally the briquette diameter is between 20-60mm. We also can design the size according to the customer's requirement.
