Working principle of pellet forming machine
Motive power will transmit to two rollers synchronously through the reducer and make them rotate oppositely. Materials naturally enter into ball mold, along with roller rotation, pressure of materials bearing become larger. When arriving at two rollers contact point, materials bearing pressure reaches peak. Under the tremendous pressure, materials become ball shape from powder shape.
Pellet forming machine requires the raw material size should less than 3mm and the moisture content is about 12%. Then mix the raw material with binder by mixer. There are powder binder and liquid binder, different binder should use different binder feeder. After mix, the raw material will be send into pellet forming machine to press briquettes. If you like low moisture content of final briquettes, we also can provide briquettes dryer.
