Working Principle

Motive power will transmit to two rollers synchronously through the reducer and them rotate oppositely. Materials naturally enter into ball model, along with rollers rotation, pressure of materials bearing become larger. When the two rollers arrive at contact point, materials bearing pressure reaches peak. Under the tremendous pressure, materials become shape from powder shape.

Rotary dryer is used for drying sand, coal, sludge, coal slurry, brown coal, fly ash, gypsum, kaolin, grain, mineral powder, slag, iron powder, mill scale, sawdust, animal manure, feed etc.  It is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, cement and mining industry.

Double shaft mixer

Double shaft mixer is used for mixing materials continuously & uniformly. During mixing, the materials can be uniformly mixedwith binder, then the blended materials can  be send to the next equipment. 

Binder mixer

Binder mixer can be used for mixing liquid type binder evenly. It is widely used in briquette production line, for storing & mixing binder, prepares to mix & blend with raw materials in the next equipment. 

Briquette machine

Briquette machie is used for making coal fines, coke fines, charcoal powder, carbon black, iron ore fines, cast iron fines, mill scale, manganese ore fines, phospho gypsum powder and other material fines into briquettes. These briuettes can be designed of oblateness shape, pillow shape, bread shape etc. 

Chain plate dryer

Chain plate dryer is used for drying different kinds of briquettes such as coal briquettes, mineral briquettes etc. It is also one of the most important equipment in the briquette production line.
