Hydraulic bricket making machine is widely used in many range, this machine can press the raw materials for pelletize or press ball, such as coal powder, coke powder, charcoal powder, carbon black, iron ore powder, cast iron powder, mill scale, manganese ore powder, gypsum powder etc. Our hydraulic bricket making machine series can mould different kinds of mineral powder into briquettes and the shape can be designed of round, oval, pillow, rectangle, square shape etc. The final product's surface is very smooth, the pressure and also can be adjustable.

Working Principle

Motive power will transmit to two rollers synchronously through the reducer and make them rotate oppositely. Materials naturally enter into mold, along with rollers rotation, pressure of materials bearing become larger. When arriving at two rollers contact point, materials bearing pressure reaches peak. Under the tremendous pressuer, materials become ball shape from powder shape. 

Advantage

2. High pressure, it can make into briquettes without binder, saving cost. 

3. It suitable for low moisture content raw material (about 5%), so there is no need to drying the final briquette. 

Hydraulic cylinder

A set hydraulic bricket making machine needs four hydraulic cylinders. They can protect machine when meet some hard material. 

It has features of high pressure and adjustable. 

Hydraulic pump station

It used for provide the hydraulic power. 

We adopt high quality hydraulic pumping station and so as to prolong service life. 

Nylon rod

It used in the connect which between machine body and reduction gears. When the too hard material enter into briquette machine and can't be press, the big pressure will break off the nylon rod, thus to protect the bricket making machine.

One bricket making machine need a dozen nylon rods. 

Reduction gears

It is used to slow down the rotate speed. The rotate speed which provided by motor is very fast. After through the reduction gears, the rotate speed can suitable for bricket making machine.
