The material is crushed into small particles by crushers, then sent to the storage hopper by bucket elevator. Then electromagnetic vibration feeder feed material into the host for grinding.The grinding roller device suspended in the main machine rotates around the central axis, and the grinding roller rotates around the grinding roller axis at the same time. Under the action of centrifugal force, the grinding roller swaying outward compacts the grinding ring, and the materials lifted by the rotating spatula are thrown between the roller rings for further crushing and grinding.
The powder in the grinding room is blown by the air flow of the blower to the analysis machine above the main machine for analysis, coarse particles still fall into the main machine for re-grinding, fineness particles which conforms to the specifications go into the big cyclone collector with the wind flow, after collection through the discharge tube forms the finished product, purified air flow goes through the big cyclone collector pipe into the blower.
