The vibrating hopper feeders produced by our company is linear type vibrating feeder. It has advantages like smooth vibration, reliable operation, and long service life. This vibrating hopper feeder can realize continous and even material feeding for stone crushing equipments and rough screening for materials. Widely applied in combined operation of crushing and screening in industires like metallurgy, mine, mineral separation, building materials, chemicals, etc.

Working Principle of vibrating hopper feeder

Driven by a motor, the two eccentric axes are rotated to produce a huge resultant linear excitation force, making the body vibrate compulsively on the support, and the materials slide and sling on the material groove to achieve the purpose of feeding by moving the materials forward.

And customers can adjust screen size through adding or reducing grizzly rods.

Specifications

Our vibrating hopper feeders are divided into two types: ZSW Series & GZD Series

ZSW series vibrating hopper feeders are driven by linear exciting force produced by rotating eccentric blocks which are installed on eccentric shafts.

Installation of ZSW series automatic vibrating hopper feeders can not allow any obliquity.

GZD series vibrating hopper feeders are directly driven by linear exciting force produced by vibration motor.

While GZD series vibrating hopper feeders can be installed horizontally or with a maximum obliquity angle of 10°
