ZSW series eccentric shaft automatic vibrating hopper feeder for metallurgy

The automatic vibrating hopper feeders produced by our company is linear type vibrating feeder. It has advantages like smooth vibration, reliable operation, and long service life. This automatic vibrating hopper feeder can realize continous and even material feeding for stone crushing equipments and rough screening for materials. Working Principle of automatic vibrating hopper feeder

Automatic vibrating hopper feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. It is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. When installation, the two gears must be jogged according to the sign. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, and avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.

ZSW series automatic vibrating hopper feeders are driven by linear exciting force produced by rotating eccentric blocks which are installed on eccentric shafts.

Installation of ZSW seriesautomatic vibrating hopper feeders can not allow any obliquity.

GZD series automatic vibrating hopper feeders are directly driven by linear exciting force produced by vibration motor.

While GZD series automatic vibrating hopper feeders can be installed horizontally or with a maximum obliquity angle of 10°
