Impact crusher introduction

The impact crusher can crush a variety of coarse, medium and fine materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) with a feed size not exceeding 500 mm and a compressive strength not exceeding 350 MPa.

As showed in below pic, material collides with high rotating plate hammer when they go into crusher body and smashes instantly; the smashed material strikes impact plate at high speed, which is the second crush; the rebounding material collides with the following material, which reaches the final crushing objective.
