Working principle of flat die mini wood pellet press

The ZLSP-D 260B samll biomass pellet machine belong to flat die home pellet mill which is based on the intrinsic movement of the machinery. The motor (or diesel engine) as the power drives the gear to convey to the main shaft. Under the function of friction, the roller rotates for itself. The friction between the roller and die will produce temperature that will denature the protein of the powdery materials through plastifying then the materials will be squeezed out from the die holes under the pressing of roller. You can get different lengths of biomass pellets by adjusting the cutter, and the material rejection tray will sent out of the machine from the discharging port.
