Technology process of corn grits flour milling machine

Grain clean: it adopts sieve,destone,wiping,maganetic separation and air separation etc.

Peeling: which uses iron roller grinder and adopts the iron roller grind and wipe to peel and whiten.

Fine separation of coarse grind: it adopts paddlemill,and sieve the different maize grits and flour through 2mm screen.

Milling: small maize milling plant uses two sets of flour mill,through the roller mill grinding and round sieve milling,then get defatted coarse maize flour all through the 50-70 mesh screen.
