Raw material and finished pellets of feed pellet mill

The raw material can be corn/maize, alfalfa, wheat bran, grass, rice, beans, oil cake, etc. Usually, large size raw materials should be pulverized by hammer mill. Protein or other nutrients can also be added to the raw powder.

Main machines in feed pellet plant

There are many equipments included in a complete feed pellet plant, for example, Hammer Mill, Mixer, Cleaning Sieve, Silo, Feed Pellet Mill, Counterflow Cooler, Feed Pellets Crumbler, Feed Pellets Grading Sieve, Automatic Weighing and Packing Machine, Conveyor, etc.

1. Hammer mill

We have many kinds of hammer mills for your choice: water drop hammer mills, multi-functional hammer mills and 9fq hammer mills etc. This process is mainly used to crush to raw materials into powder.

2. Feed Mixer

The feed mixers we have are single shaft double screw mixers, double shaft paddle mixers, vertical mixers. The process is used to mix the crushed materials with higher uniformity.

3. Feed Pellet Mill

We have five models of feed pellet mills for your choice. The ring die feed pellet mill is mainly consist of feeding device (screw feeder), hardening and tempering device (conditioner), face plate, press chamber transmission system, overload protection and electrical control system.This feed pellet mill is the key part of the complete feed pellet plant.

 

The size of poultry feed production machine pellets has various choices: 2.5 ,4, 6, 8, 10 mm, or other customized diameter. At the same time, you can customize the ring die of the poultry feed production machine with different thickness and compression ratio to adapt to different materials and realize best pelleting result.

4. Counter flow cooler

The newly pressed pellets are very high in temperature. This process is to cool the pellets to ±3-5℃ of the room temperature.

5. Feed crumbler(roller crusher)

This machine is mainly to crush the big pellets into small ones. It is mainly used for the chicken feed pellet plant.

6. Pellet packaging machine

This process is to pack the pellets into bags which is convenient for storage and transportation.
