Q2. Can you make OEM/ODM/OBM?

A: Of course. We can customize as your requirements. Such as package box  design, monitors size, free logo printer, required specification(WIFI/Blue~tooth/ Ibutton...etc)

Q3. What about minimum order quantity?

A: MOQ=1, since we have all materials in stock.

Q4. Can i test the sample,and how about the lead time?

A: Sure. You can buy the sample to test.

Sample with faster lead time 1-3 days . The bulk production only need 5-7 days according to quantity and color request.

Q5. What’s your payment terms?

A: Bank transfer, Paypal, Western union, Trade assurance order on Alibaba by VISA/master card...ect Credit card .

Q6. How long is the warranty period?

A: 1-2 Years

Q7. What kind of inspection you can provide ?
A: 1. Aging test 24 hours, to guarantee all products are in the perfect condition before shipment .

2. we also accept the inspection by the third part you appointed.

3. All of our products have passed the CE/ROHS/ISO:9001 2015 officially authorized certification.
