The rudder angle indication system VRA60 is mainly composed of the following modules:

1. Rudder angle feedback unit VRF30:By signal acquisition and  processing of the rotary encoder ,

mechanical angle of the rudder is transformed into a digital signal.Use the standard CAN bus to send the signal of the rudder angle into rudder angle indicator system.

2. Rudder angle distribution unit VRD68: It is the power access terminal of the rudder angle indication system.

The output DC24V supplies power to each component module.It divides the rudder angle signal of into several channels, and assign to the rudder angle indicator.

3. Three-face rudder angle indicator VRI61: Installed on the ceiling of the cab, it is the most intuitive rudder angle information display device.

The control circuit collects and processes the rudder angle information on the CAN bus and drives the digital tube and LED lights to display the rudder angle.

4. Wall-mounted rudder angle indicator VRI62: It is mounted on wall of the shipboard or the steering engine room.

The control circuit collects and processes the rudder angle information on the CAN bus and drives the digital tube and LED lights to display the rudder angle.

5. Embedded rudder angle indicator VRI63 / 64/65: Installed in steering stand in the cab or simple operation box in the central control room.

The control circuit collects and processes the rudder angle information on the CAN bus and drives the digital tube and LED lights to display the rudder angle.

6. CAN repeater VRE60: AS to large hull, when signal transmission distance is greater than 100m resulting in signal loss,the module should be configured for signal enhancement.

The rudder angle indicator system VRA60 uses a standard CAN communication protocol to make  system integration simple and convenient.

Power supply use marine power DC24V or AC220V, select a marine power supply access to power input of rudder angle distributor .

The rudder angle feedback unit and the rudder angle indicator are attached to t the rudder angle distributor  respectively.

The modules are connected with the cable RVVP4X24 / 0.20.
