A: Before you use it, we will send the operation tutorial and installation operation video with English version to you. If you still can not operate, we will provide video guidance online.

Q: What kind of products can be processed by your machines ?

A: A wide variety of products can be processed using our machines, for example Wood, Plastic, Aluminium, Copper, stone etc. You could provide us the details of products that you want process so we can offer you the machine best suited for your needs.

Q: What spare parts come along with the machine ?

A: We will provide the necessary parts for the first use of the machine. And for spare parts are determined by the machine of choice.

Q: What are the machine working environment requirements?

A: The machine should be fixed on a stable table and the environment should be kept clean and tidy to avoid contact with dust, static electricity, humidity, and chips to cause parts failure.

Q: What about after-sales service? How long is the warranty period?

A: We offer 24 hours online video call to solve your problems. We have a standby team ready to assist you at any given time. Machine maintenance requirement will be provided to you upon purchase. On all machinery we offer 1 year warranty and 6 months warranty for core components.

Q: How many days does the goods ready to ship?

A: The specific delivery date needs to be communicated with the sales. If we have stock, it can be shipped within five days. If it is not in stock, it will take 15 to 20 days to prepare goods. By the way, Most of the machines are in stock.

A: The goods will be shipped from Qingdao, Shanghai port , Shenzhen port or another port check with your sales.

Q:What is the maximum width of the machine?

A: If you do not disassemble the machines, the packaging biggest width is 1600mm. If you disassemble the machine, the width can be 2000mm. If you can provide a better method, we can also make it bigger.
