Working principle of steam peeling machine
The materials enter the weighing silo in batches by the hoist, set the weighing value (60 ~ 100kg) on the weighing instrument according to the process requirements, and control the opening and closing of the silo door and the feeding hoist through the weight sensor. Set the speed on the touch screen (3 ~ 8R / min), start the pressure tank transmission reducer. When the weight of the weighing silo reaches the set value, the cylinder door of the pressure tank is positioned upward by the sensor, the feeding elevator is automatically stopped, the feeding cylinder door and silo door are automatically opened, and the materials enter the pressure tank; when the weight of the weighing silo is zero, the silo door is automatically closed, the feeding elevator is automatically started, and the feeding and discharging cylinder door is closed at the same time, Open the steam inlet valve, close the steam exhaust valve and start the rotation of the pressure tank. When the set rotation time is reached, the pressure tank stops rotating and the cylinder valve of the pressure tank is positioned downward by the sensor. Close the steam inlet valve, open the steam exhaust valve, open the discharge cylinder valve and discharge the material into the hopper of the discharge elevator.
