Working Principles

1, Potato Cleaning and Peeling The first of this stage normally is using an U type brush roller machine with a packing auger inside for automatic discharging purpose. It is composed of stainless steel hopper, rotary cleaner and spray washing system. The washed and peeled potatoes will be cleaned perfectly and will be taken to the next process section. 2, Potato Chips Cutting Machine The washed and peeled potatoes will be transported to the chips cutting machine through the automatic conveyor belt. The thickness of the chips can be adjusted with changing different blades. 3, Potato Chips blanching machine This blanching machine is an advanced design product.
