This water filling line can produce pure water, mineral water, drinking water, soda water, flavored water, natural water, spring water, potable water, flavoured water, etc.This Machine can be applied to all kinds of plastic machine such as PET, PE. It has features of low buying cost, low water and electricity consumption and few space occupation into consideration at the beginning. At the same time it can perfectly complete the function of washing, filling and capping. It improves the sanitary conditions and simplifies the maintenance compared with the last generation water filling machine. Depending on the different packages, we can divide it into two categories: bottled mineral water
line(200ml-2000ml) and barreled mineral water line (1- 5 gallon water line).

Complete water filling line includes: 1. Injection molding machine, the function is producing the preforms using PET raw material. 2. Blow molding machine(semiautomatic/automatic) the function of which is producing the PET bottles using preforms. 3. Water purification system, the function of which is purifying the raw water to drinking water. 4. Three in one filling machine, rinsing&filling&capping intergrated in one machine. 5. End-of-line system(semi-automatic/automatic), there are light checker, blow dryer, labeling machine, code printer, packing machine, etc.
