1. Kneader

The kneader machine is used for mixing the plastic resin with the filler. Kneader has better mixing and dispersion performance and
works at a sealed condition, so it can better mixing the resin with the filler and can reduce the dust.

2. Conveyor

The conveyor is for conveying the mixed material.

3. Twin Screw Force Feeder

Twin screw force feeder will effectively force feed the mixed materials to the extruder machine.

4. GSD-150 Single Screw Extruder

Compared with the twin screw extruder machine, single screw extruder machine has lower die pressure and long lifepan, because the
twin screw extruder is easy to break.
