PVC Cable Trunking Extrusion Line

1	Screw loader	To load power material into extruder
2	extruder	Use conical twin screw extruder to process PVC and other powder material. Can use one or several extruders to produce multi-layer profile, for example, UV layer
3	Extrusion mould	Used to extude and shape plastic products. Can be single cavity or multi-cavity. Can be single layer or multi-layer.
4	Vacuum calibration table	Used to supply vacuum and cooling water into the calibration mould. Different length for different extruder capacity and profile sizes.
5	Caterpillar haul off and cutting unit	Used to pull profile from the extrusion mould and working stably with extruder. Also cut profile into required length.
6	Stacker	Used to support and store profile.

Haul-off part

Its structure with sliding tempering glass door is beautiful and practical. Traction device with belt and controlled by imported inverter can steadily haul pipe. It also features compact structure and free-maintenance.

Adopt special automobile drive shaft to transmit power, stable and reliable. Length measuring device equipped with a rotary encoder, can ensure precise cutting, customer can set the cutting length.

Cutting part

Its structure is beautiful and practical with glass window design. Cutting process is controlled by PLC, can realize accurately arbitrary length cutting.

Stainless steel pallet to prevent scratch of pipe surface. Pipe fall into the collection area
