Extrusion die head.

roundness.

Cooling tank.

* Material: stainless steel
* Cooling method: immersed

* With cooling water ring at cooling tank entrance to cool and harden pipe surface before entering into immerse chamber, to
avoid scratch on pipe surface when pipe surface is hot and touch with sealing rubber when entering into immerse chamber.
* With air ring at end of cooling tank, to cool pipe and also blow water off the pipe surface.

Belt haul-off unit.

Double station coiler.

Use torque motor, winding speed is adjusted automatically based on tension. Automatic winding displacement uniformity with servo
system. Double station ensure continuous production. Apply double station, ensure continuous production. Pneumatic coiling
spoke,easy to open and close. Winding inner diameter is adjustable, to ensure no deformation of pipe during winding.
