Waste PET Flakes Washing Line Plastic Bottle Recycling Machine


Worldwide, approximately 7.5 million tons of PET were collected in 2011. This gave 5.9 million tons of flake. The PET recycling machine mainly deals with those post-consumer PET. This production line contains the steps like crushing, washing, seperating and drying. The capacity of our PET Bottle washing and recycling line can be 300kg/h to 3000kg/h.

3 Crusher

Crush with water, and this machine can cut the PET bottle into tiny flakes.

4 Hot washer

 Hot washer is the most important step of the recycling line, which can remove the contamination such as grease,oil, glue etc.

5 Screw feeder

 Screw feeder is mainly used for conveying the material.

7 High speed Friction washer

 High speed friction washer is a highly efficient machine for cleaning PET flakes.

8 Washing tank

 Washing tank separates materials based on the different density.

9 Dewatering machine

 The first stage of drying process, dewatering machine can lower the PET flake's moisture to roughly 20%.

10 Pipeline drying system

 Pipeline drying uses hot air to further dry the flakes which can reduce moisture level to below 1%.

11 Silo

A large storage tank for clean,dry PET flakes.

Debaler machine

As PET bottles (with caps & labels) often come in bales, compacted bundles tied together with metal wires, the first stage is to get the material into a "free flowing" stream. The "debaler" breaks apart the bales allowing the plastic bottles within to drop onto the belt conveyor that moves the bottles onto the next step

The bottles are cut into "flakes", or small pieces, via our wetcrusher. As the PET bottles enter the granulator's cutting chamber, these rotating knives come into contact with stationary knives cutting the bottles into small pieces. A screen with small holes between 12-18mm in diameter is used to control the size of the flakes; That is, the PET plastic will continue to be cut within thechamber until it is small enough to fall through the holes on this screen. All the while, water is sprayed into the cuttingchamber partially washing the bottles while acting as a lubricate to reduce friction of the knives and plastic
Washing tank
A large tank of water used to separate materials that sink from those that float. This is the final separation equipment in our PET bottle washing line that effectively removes the left over plastic films from labels and PP/PE bottles caps. As both the labels and bottle caps float in water, the sinking PET flakes can easily be removed to be further processed in the next piece of equipment.
Hot washer

The hot washer for PET flakes is the heart of the PET bottle washing line capable of getting rid of hard to remove contamination such as glues, oils, grease, and left-over foods/liquids. For PET recycling, the hot water washing process is essential step in producing high-quality "hot washed" PET flakes that sell for much higher prices.
Dewatering machine

The first stage in the drying process in our standard PET bottle washing line, the high speed dewatering machine has the unique ability to remove a large portion of water content within the PET flakes directly after the washing process. To accomplish this, centrifugal force is used to spin water outwards while the PET flakes are contained within.

Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
1. After all machines are delivered to customer’s factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, raw material,labors and cranes, etc.
2.We will prepare the visa for our engineers, who are responsible for guiding of machine installation and testing at the factory.
3.The buyer should bear the round-trip air ticket for engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated according to local conditions, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD100 per day for each engineer.
4.Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer’s factory.

1.Payment Term: 30% for prepayment by T/T, 70% for balanced payment by T/T, or L/C can be acceptable
2.Delivery Time: 40 days after receipt of prepayment.

MACHINERUNNING TEST AND AFTER SERVICE
1.When machine finished, we will invited client come to our factory to check the machine and do the machine test. If machine is ok, then client pay for the balance. And inspect machine load the container.

2.When machine arrives client's factory, if client needs, we will send 1-2 engineer to client's factory do the machine
installation and running test, and also train the local worker how to operate and maintain the machine. It is chargeable.
