Process flow

Film Unreeling station→ Heating station→ Forming station→ Holing station(option)→ Puching station→Staching station → Film skeleton winder

 

 

Machine safety

 

1.The sheet loader could be driven by electric , max diameter 1.2m, max weight 1T.

2.Two main beam is made by 12mm’s square steel, the machine runs more stable, reducing the sturdiness, vibration and shocks.

3.The machine has memory function, could save each mold´s data, includes chain´s width, sheet feeding distance, heater´s temperature, die height of each work station. The time to change a mold could be controlled in 1 hour, fast and easy.

4.For the pp sheet, because of his big contractility after heating, the chain frame can be set after several cycle automatically open a certain distance to stretching the sheet. The chain is driven by a servo motor, fast and precise.

5.10 rows of heating furnace which near to the mould are heating with high precision, every heater´s temperature can be individually set, in order to maximize the uniform heating of the sheet, an accuracy of ± 1 degree.

 6.Forming station provide a + pressure with 7 bar and 1 bar negative air pressure, so that the shape is mold more in place, the upper and lower guide plate can move, so it can produce different products.

7.In the punching station, the cutter (punching blade) could be heated to increase the cutting performance and extend the cutter’s life.

Machine safety

1.Five emergency stop button , you can always pick timely press to ensure that unexpected situations, the safety of personnel.

2.Feeding station directly with the host infrared automatic detection device, if it is found out of the material, you can set up automatic alarm or shutdown.

3.The furnace with automatic detection of material function, once the situation out of materials found automatically exit the furnace, so as not to cause a fire.

4.On the touch screen can be set, once each door of the front side of the machine is opened, the machine will stop working.

5.Once the power failure, the furnace will automatically exit, in order to avoid the sheet within the furnace due to over-heating and fire.
