1. FSCT770570 is conbination of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components, adopts the most advanced thermoforming technology, the whole system is controlled by micro PLC and operated by man-machine interface, it combines the feeding, heating, forming, hole punching, cutting and stacking into one process.

The heating oven is adopted closed Far-infrared ceramic brick heat.Heating temperature is precisely controlled by the temperature module,assuring the precise forming temperature needed by the plastic sheet,which reduces the heating time ,improves the heating efficiency and saves the electrical energy.The control box will show heating temperature,easy and convenient to operate.

5. The teeth chain is sent by the servomotor and precise planetary gear so that the error range will be less than 0.15mm,it improves the production quality.
6. Forming and cutting parts adopt the variable frequency motor and reducer, drive link with all mechanical transmission.
7. Forming mold presses first and then stretches. The mold cooling method is water cycle in mold and there is mold controlling system, therefore it can meet different mold temperatures requirements of different plastic sheet.
8. Cutting, made by alloy laser blade, is used by motor reducer and mechanical link, ensuring the cutting precision and stability.
9. There is quick mold changing on the forming and cutting mold so it will be much easier and more convenient to operate.
10. Forming and cutting joint has installed the precision roller bearing, so the machine has the advantage of high impact strength, flexibility, durability and resistance to fatigue, ensuring the precision and sensitivity of forming and cutting.
