TP-6536 Petroleum Products Distillation Range Tester (Pre-type Single Tube)

This instrument is designed in accordance with the requirements of the Standard GB/T 6536 of the People's Republic of China "Distillation Method for Petroleum Products". (equivalent to ASTM D86) It is suitable for the distillation determination of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, solvent with special boiling point, naphtha, diesel oil, fractional fuel and similar petroleum products.

(1)The electric furnace is composed of silicon carbide hearth, 1300W, 220V electric heating wire and high temperature resistant silicon carbide plate. The height and height of the electric furnace can be adjusted by the elevation adjustment knob of the electric furnace box, and its heating power can be controlled by the voltage adjustment knob on the panel.
(2)The movable plate of electric furnace is made of silicon carbide plate with apertures of φ38㎜、φ50㎜ respectively.
(3)The water tank part consists of overflow pipe, temperature regulating pipe and water tank. The shape size of the water tank is 244㎜×167㎜×176㎜, which is made of 1.5_brass plate H62.
(4)The electric furnace box is made of cold-rolled steel plate, with an observation window in front of the upper part, and an
electric furnace and a distillation flask are installed. The lower part of the box body is equipped with a circuit control part.
(5)Distilling flasks are made of hard glass. The sphere diameter of the flask is φ69㎜±1㎜, and the inner diameter of the bottleneck is φ17㎜±1㎜. The branch pipe and the bottleneck are inclined at 75O±3O
(6)Condenser tube is made of brass pipe of φ14㎜×1㎜. The outlet is curved and the length of expansion is 560㎜±2㎜
(7)The measuring cylinder is 100 ml and the indexing is 1 ml.
(8)The thermometer is fully immersed rod type. The calibration ranges are (-2+300) (-2∼+300)℃ and (-2∼+400)℃. scale 1℃.
