TYA series vacuum lubricant oil reclaiming plant is suitably used for purifying and restoring hydraulic oil, machine oil, coolant oil, lubrication oil by using the technological combination of centrifuging & Vacuum Degassing. This oil purifier equipment can remove the water content, gas content, impurities, particles, sludge, and other waste residues from lube oil effectively and quickly and improves properties of lubricating oil. so as to greatly extend lifetime of machinery which has lubrication system.

1.Degassing, dehydration and filtration of oil with variable oil flow rate in one or several passes
2.Adopt back washing system which can clear impurities automatically.
3.Double primary filter structure, large capacity for holding particles, multi-stage filtration system to ensure high filtration precision
4. We uses stainless steel filter element which is anti-corrosive with high precision of eliminating impurity and long service life. Also, it has a large volume for holding impurities.
6. Adopts 3D-Evaporation technical and thin film evaporation, which can separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
7. Adopts interlocked protective system.
