Stainless Steel Cooking Oil Filter Machine

(COP-S Series)

COP-S vacuum oil purifier machine is made of food grade stainless steel. It is designed specially for filtering used cooking oil, virgin coconut oil, dirty vegetable oil, trench oil, swill oil, animal oil etc. It effectively and completely removes particles, water, alcohol etc. from oil. The treated oil is clean and clear. COP-S is an ideal purification machine for virgin coconut oil and vegetable oil factories, frying food factories, oil restaurants, waste oil collecting stores etc. The temperature can be adjusted by user so that it can be set at lower value for edible oils.

1. Highly effective vacuum dewatering, degassing and impurities removing system. 2. It has the back flush system which can clean the filter elements automatically. 3. We uses stainless steel filter element which has a good anti-corrosive performance. Especially, the precision of eliminating impurity is high and the service life is long. Also, it has large volume for holding the impurities. 4. Unique degassing and dewatering system: Using 3D-Evaporation technical and thin film evaporation, which can separate the trace water, soluble water and gases from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology. 5. Made of food grade stainless steel suitable for final oil edible usage. 6. Hi-automatically operated, convenient, reliable, and safe.
