Application

This distillation range tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the GB/T 6536 Standard Test Method for Distillation of Petroleum Products and Liquid Fuels at Atmospheric Pressureat (equivalant to ASTM D86), to test the distillation range of gasoline, aviation gasoline, steam fuel, special boiling point solvent, naphtha, diesel, distillate fuels and similar petroleum products.

This instrument is a single tube working mode tester. It is an ideal distillation tester for petroleum products. We also have other different types.

Features

1. The distillation heating part is composed of independent circuit control box. According to different requirements, the heating power of the control box can be adjusted at will.

2. The control box is made of cold-rolled steel plate, with an observation window in front of the upper part and an electric furnace installed inside.The lower part of the box is equipped with the circuit control part.

3. The electric furnace part is composed of silicon carbide furnace plate, 1200W/220V electric heating wire and silicon carbide plate of high temperature resistance.The position of the electric furnace can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the lifting knob on the control box to adjust the relative position of the distillation flask and the condensing nozzle.Its heating power is controlled by voltage regulation.

4. The condensing water tank is made of thick stainless steel plate with built-in heating, temperature measuring and stirring device, which is a common water tank for the distillation and condensation system.The condensing tube is used independently.The agitator is a motor driven impeller type.

5. The size of the condensing tube conforms to the requirements specified in GB/T 6536.

Structure

1 Water bath cover: used for heat preservation. 2 Stirring motor: used to stir the bath liquid in the condensing tank to make the temperature uniform in the bath. 3 Temperature sensor: used to measure the temperature of the water bath. 4 Thermometer: measure the temperature of the oil sample in the flask. 5 Inlet: Connect to the flask branch pipe 6 Flask: 125ML 7 Outlet: Distillate drops into the measuring cylinder from this outlet. 8 Fluorescent lamp: used for lighting. 9 Measuring cylinder: storage and measurement of distillate 10 Glass barrel: used for heat preservation. 11 Lifting frame: used to adjust the height of the measuring cylinder. 12 Voltmeter: Control the voltage of the electric furnace. 13 Adjustment knob: used to adjust the lifting frame and adjust the height of the flask. 14 Switch: Various switches control the work of each channel. 15 Temperature control meter: display and control temperature in condensation tank. 16 Adjustment knob: used to adjust the height of the electric furnace
