PTT-005 portable oil particle counter, analyzing oil particle, moisture and temperature. It reports contamination situation of oil system, so operators could prevent machines from damage in early time. It reduces maintenance charge to the lowest, shortens unplanned machinery shutdown time to prolong service life and improve system security.
PTT-005 can be visual operated via colored LED screen. The instrument applies for testing mineral or organic phosphate synthetic oil, such as hydraulic oil, lubricant oil, transformer oil, turbine oil, gear oil, engine oil, etc. It is widely used in aerospace, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, transportation, ports, metallurgy, machinery, motor manufacture, and so on.
