Application:
Series ZYD double stage vacuum transformer oil purification are designed for dehydration, degasification of transformer oil and other electrical insulating liquids, for example，silicone fluids. It is able to increase and maintain the oils’ strength and removes free and soluble water, free and dissolved air and gases and other particulate matter. The standard ZYD system us designed for processing oil in workshops, storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized and de-energized transformers). This machine can be used as an independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and oiling.
Features:
1.Unique dewatering and degassing system could effectively remove soluble water, air-gases and impurities so as to improve the pressure persistence and quality of the oil.
2.This machine has two oil pumps(one is vacuum pump and the other is root pump), which could much improve its working value and make sure the moisture content of the treated oil less than 3 ppm.
3.Excellent equipment: if required, electrical system could be all equipped with original imported electric appliance to make sure operation with high efficiency.
4.It has been equipped with advance double-infrared liquid automatic controller, pressure automatic-protector, which makes sure the machine works online 150 hours continuously without person. Therefore, it is a type of machine with high reliability and automaticity.
5.The machine is adopted with interlocked protective system, which connects oil pump heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil and electricity leak. Once there has any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
6.Machine is equipped with unique and excellent oil pump which generates limited noises, so it is very environmental.
7.Functions of live line work onsite, vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.
Compared with vacuum oil purifier, series ZYD is much more quickly and completely (about 3 times)in dehydration, degassing as well as removal of impurities and has higher dielectric strength. In addition to its oil purifying function, it can also be used as independent vacuum source for vacuum drying and oiling for electric plants.
