a brief introdction
Headphone Rotational Life Testing Machine This equipment is suitable for the torsion life test of the rotating shaft of the headphone handset. The torsion test method is: the left and right earpieces of the earphone are fixed on the torsion fixture, the headband is fixed on the support frame, and the test angle and rotation speed are set. After N times of tests, the earphone is removed to test the performance of the rotating shaft.

1. Earphone support arm clamp: used to fix the test sample support arm, and the test distance can be adjusted manually up and down and back and forth.
2. Earpiece fixing fixture: used to fix the product under test on the test fixture.
Operation process:
5.1. Clamp the product to be tested in the test fixture, and fix one or both sides according to the test requirements.
5.2. Fix the earphone arm to the arm clamp and adjust the test position.
5.3. Ensure that the product to be tested is at the 0 o'clock position of the equipment.
5.4. Set the test angle, test times and speed, and then start the equipment to start the test. Each station is set independently.
5.5. When the test times of any station is reached, the equipment stops running.
5.6. After the equipment stops running, take out the sample at this time and observe the degree of damage.
