The principle of ultrasonic welding transducer is similar to that of cleaning transducer. It also achieves high-frequency vibration with large amplitude by applying prestress to offset the expansion stress of piezoelectric ceramics. Because the welding transducer requires great instantaneous power, it has high requirements for materials and technology. It is a high-power acoustic super energy device. Usually, it cooperates with the horn and working head to form a high-power and large amplitude vibration system to complete the ultrasonic welding of plastics, metals and other materials.
Ultrasonic welding is to generate high-frequency friction and heat on the contact gap surface of the welded object under pressure through the ultrasonic vibration generated by the transducer, so as to achieve the purpose of thermal fusion welding.
Ultrasonic welding transducer is a high-power transducer with gap or pulse operation. Its power is generally calculated by instantaneous peak power.
Product installation matters
Precautions for installation of transducer of our company:
1. Select appropriate materials and adjust hardness process to process and produce horn and working head.
2. When installing the horn or working head, be sure to pay attention to frequency matching, and apply sound guide glue at the joint.
3. Clean the joined surface with acetone and other solvents during installation
4. The impedance control process of the bonding process is established to reduce the bonding impedance of the vibrator and improve the electroacoustic conversion efficiency of the vibrator.
5. Pay attention to improving the insulation measures after the installation of vibrator electrode.
