Yes. We will send you manual and guide video in English, it can teach you how to operate the machine. If you still can not learn how to use it, we can help you by "Teamviewer" or by other method online service.
3.If some problems happen to this machine, what should I do?
Our machine warranty two years. During the two-year warranty, in case any problem for the machine, we will provide the part free of charge (except for artificial damage). we provide life time technical service ,so any doubts, just let us know, we will help you to give some solutions.
4.Any consumables of laser marking machine?
The machine does not have consumable. It’s cost effective and economic .
5. How about the Quality Control ?
Skilled and strict Quality Inspection Team is available during the material purchasing and production procedure,all finished machine are 100% strictly tested by our QC department and engineering department
6. Payment Terms ?
We accept T/T(bank transfer), L/C, Paypal, West union, Paypal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Usually we need 30% as deposit, balance paid before shipment.
7. What’s the delivery time?
A: Normally , for standard machine lead time about 3-5 working days ,for non standard and customized machines will depend on customer’s specific requirement .
