Large-scale scrap radiator recycling machine

The radiator recycling machine is specially designed for processing the broken and deformed radiators from electric appliance or cars. 
It adopts gravity and magnetic separation principle to separate copper, aluminum and iron from the scrap radiators for recycle use. This radiator recycling machine is also available for electronic rotors of less than 16CM.

Main Features

The entire production line uses the PLC automated control system to achieve coordinated work between the equipment, stable feeding and operation. 

Simple structure, reasonable layout, strong processing capacity, stable operation, firm and durable, safe and reliable.

Coarse crushing uses the biaxial shredder with low rotating speed and large torque, and the cutter and shaft are specially treated with alloy materials.

The entire set of equipment uses the negative pressure induced air pulse dust removal system to ensure a good working environment.
