l TTC400A used with a high-precision motorized tool setting arm, which can realize in-sequence tool setting and tool breakage detection without operator intervention.
l For tool measuring and broken tool detection on 2-axis and 3-axis CNC lathes.
l Replacement of some vulnerable tool setting units.
Technical Characteristics of TTC400A Cable Tool Setter Unit
l As shown in the picture, the installing structure and size of the tool setter unit are exactly the same as the replacement;
l Tool setter unit transmits tool setting signal through cable;
l It is ensured during manufacturing that the position relationship between four pillars of the tool setter unit and mounting base;
l One LED indicator light is used to display the tool setter’s working state.
l Signal model and LED instruction: high electric level output with normal signal state, LED normally on; When any one pillar is triggered, the signal output point is suspended and the LED is off;
