WORKING PRINCIPLE

The main engine adopts a multi-cylinder linkage structure, including the main cylinder side cylinder, cover cylinder, turning block cylinder, and other hydraulic cylinders. The main hydraulic cylinder pushes the head to move back and forth, the slide cylinder pushes the head to move left and night, the capped cylinder drives the cover plate to open and close，and the turn-over cylinder pushes the turnover mechanism to turn over. There are three stages of extrusion in the whole process. As an important driving mechanism of the metal press, the hydraulic system is mainly used to make the press complete the extrusion, cover pressing, turnover, and other actions of waste metal, mainly it is composed of a hydraulic cylinder, oil pump， hydraulic motor, and various vales. The packing material is placed in the material box of the packer, and the hydraulic oil cylinder is used for working and pressing. and the packing material is compressed and formed into various kinds of metal packing blocks.

FEATURES

• All models are hydraulically driven. and can be controlled manually or automatically by PLC.

• No foot screw is required for installation, and diesel engines can be used as power in places without a power supply.

• The methods of bag delivery include turning, side pushing, front pushing, and manual bag taking.

• The extrusion force ranges from 63t to 400t, totaling 10 grades for customers’ selection, and productivity being from 4t/shift to 40t/shift.

• It is unnecessary to fix the foot screw and a diesel engine can be used in case of power supply unavailability.

• The size of the feeding box and the shape and size of the packing block can be designed and customized according to the specifications of the user's raw materials.
