What features of our product?

  ZK-5540WL is the most advanced and optimal equipment in China for small high-grade rigid box production (like the b jewelry box,ornament box, gift box, cosmetics box, and etc.). With application of PLC programmable controller, photoelectric tracking system, and HMI with touch panel, paper feeding; gluing, positioning and fitting of cardboard of inner box without gluing four angles, automatic guiding, box feeding, wrapping; trimming and folding can be done in one time.The whole process is fully automatic.

1.Automatic paper feeding unit

The newly developed feeder with meta base enables covering paper to enter the equipment easily and stably. It has the characteristics of high speed and stable paper feeding and is equipped with positioning corrector for paper feedin

 

2.Automatic cardboard feeding unit
It can feed cardboard automatically and loading of cardboard for rough box can be done without halt of equipment, so the production efficiency can be improved due to no impact on normal operation of equipment Automatic Monitoring System of delivery Unit

 

3.Heat-exchange glue applying system

With viscosity controller equipment, glue concentration and viscosity can be easily controlled, which makes product quality more stable Glue applying system has the functions of mixing & filtering, repeated glue feeding, and automatic cleaning

 

 

4.Converying positioning system
PLC computer controls the automatic guiding system between the making assemblies, Box feeding, wrapping; trimming, and folding are done consistently in the forming control system, and multiple sensors keep the positioning and gluing precision error within 0.5mm

Machines are new (or unused) and the guarantee period will be given thirteen months from shipment date. During this period, the seller will offer free maintenance and free spare parts that caused by the machine’s quality, but the buyer must pay the courier cost. Parts damaged because of mishandling and consumable parts are not covered by any warranty
